"I had purchased a 2002 FLHT and had it shipped from Florida to American Harley North Tonawanda. The day of arrival, Brian from the service department called to notify me of the arrival and looked after my bike as if it was his own. On the day I went to pick the bike up and bring it home to Ontario, Canada, the service staff (Eric)loaded the bike up and strapped her down for the trip home. The whole staff at American Harley Davidson were so professional,friendly and helpful it made me feel like a long time customer, not a first time customer! Bruce at the parts counter helps me out every time; whether I need a primary gasket, idle cable, brakes and even when dumped my bike. "I was very impressed with the service I received at American when I purchased my '05 flstni there. My problem was that I was very impatient to receive it and nobody in WNY had the bike I wanted. After calling and/or visitng 6 diffferent dealers, only the guys at American stepped up and made it happen. Joe my salesman called all over the place to find a dealer that would make a trade for my bike. Then, Jeff the owner drove 150+ miles to go pick it up at no additional cost. I had the exact bike I wanted within 48 hours, and have enjoyed every experience with these guys since then.
I'm highly recommend American and am confident that you will not find better service anywhere else in WNY."
